Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity

• The Banff Centre has very limited rooms available on February 9^th and 10^th.
• MiCare staff will reserve the Banff Centre hotel rooms for delegates on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the check in/out dates on the registration form.
• Delegates may need to stay at a nearby hotel.
• Do not book using the Banff Centre public website or call-in to the Banff Centre.
• Upon registration, delegates will receive a confirmation email with hotel booking details within 5 business days.
• In order to complete registration, non-refundable conference fees must be paid in full.

Banff Centre Group Rate:

• Llyod Hall Queen (1 bed): $155 + taxes and fees
• Professional Development Centre Room (1 bed): $155 + taxes and fees
• Professional Development Centre Room (2 beds): $175 + taxes and fees
• Please note there are limited rooms with 2 queen sized beds
• Rates are based on single occupancy
• Additional guests will be charged $20.00 per person plus applicable taxes
